Based on the CUDA parallel high-speed computing framework, the company has developed conventional algorithms and AI model inference algorithms. By integrating multiple algorithms, these solutions are compatible with 8K monochrome cameras, 8K color cameras, 16K ultra-high-definition monochrome cameras, 16K ultra-high-definition color cameras, and line scan cameras. Combined with multi-specification intelligent light source technology, stroboscopic technology, and interference-free 10G fiber optic transmission technology, they enable 3D imaging, color imaging, and ultra-high-definition imaging of material defects, ensuring efficient and accurate defect detection.
The system is capable of inspecting both coiled and sheet materials (including irregular-shaped ones), and is applicable to advanced manufacturing fields with stringent detection requirements such as semiconductors, new energy, papermaking, films, metals, electronic materials, and hygienic materials, delivering optimal solutions for customers.
